TARRAGON BAKED CHICKEN

Ingredients:
1 Fresh Fryer or Roasting Chicken
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup lemon Juice
1 tablespoon butter melted
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon dried or fresh ground pepper
1 teaspoon dried or fresh tarragon

Directions:

  1. Wash and pat dry chicken parts. Sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt. Place in shallow baking pan with skin side up.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients. Spoon over chicken.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes or until internal temperatures reaches 165 degrees. Brush occasionally with pan juices.
