SHRIMP LOUIS PASTA SALAD
Ingredients:
3 cups uncooked pasta (shells or elbows)
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/3 cup chili sauce or seafood cocktail sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1-lb cooked shrimp
1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
1/2 cup sliced green onion
1/4 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and rinse with cold water.
- In a large bowl whisk together mayo, ranch dressing, chili sauce, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper. Stir in cooled pasta and remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
Serves 6 to 8
