Ingredients:
1 cube butter
1 clove garlic minced
3/4 smoked salmon crumbled
1 egg
2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
1 package fresh fettucine
Directions:
- Cook fettuccine pasta according to package & set aside.
- Melt butter in a large dutch oven pan. Saute minced garlic for 1 minute, add smoked salmon until heated through.
- Mix whipping cream & egg in medium size bowl, add to salmon & butter mixture. Stir to heat. Add shredded parmesan & cooked fettuccine. Salt & pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook until thick & bubbly, stirring occassionally.
