Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
1 pkg. 3.4 oz. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup lemonade
3/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
- Grease and flour bundt pan.
- Pour mixture into bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
- Cool in pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Make a glaze out of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
- Drizzle glaze over cake allowing it to run the over sides.
