LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE

Ingredients:
1 pkg. yellow or lemon cake mix
1 pkg. 3.4 oz. instant lemon pudding
4 eggs
3/4 cup lemonade
3/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons poppy seeds
1 teaspoon lemon zest

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl with electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Grease and flour bundt pan.
  3. Pour mixture into bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
  4. Cool in pan before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Make a glaze out of powdered sugar, milk and vanilla.
  6. Drizzle glaze over cake allowing it to run the over sides.
