TASTY PEA SALAD

Ingredients:
1- 10 oz pkg frozen Cascadian Farms Organic Peas
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup Smoked House Almonds
Salt & Pepper
 
Directions:

  1. Thaw peas, add mayo, red onion, garlic powder, curry powder.
  2. Mix all above ingredients together.
  3. Salt & Pepper to taste.
  4. Add Smoke House almonds just before serving.
