Ingredients:
1-1 lb salmon fillet
1 to 2 teaspoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
Directions:
- Place salmon fillet skin side down on foil. Spoon soy sauce over fillet, then spread thin layer of mayonnaise on top.
- Sprinkle with dill.
- Bake, Broil or BBQ.
Serves 2.
