Shipping Service Options and Delivery Schedules

All our products are carefully packed to prevent damage in transit. We ship via the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and provide package tracking so that we can be sure that your order arrives at its appointed destination.

The following delivery schedule applies:

Standard Delivery - Orders are shipped within 48 hours via USPS. Allow 5 to 8 business days for delivery nationwide. 2 to 3 days for deliveries in Washington State. All products are tracked using the USPS tracking capability to ensure that your packages are delivered correctly. Package tracking is included in the shipping and handling price.

* Whenever possible, we will ship on the same day if the order is received by the cut-off time. However, these are our guaranteed delivery times.

Shipping Address Restrictions

Currently, we can only accept online orders for delivery to addresses in the Continental United States. Please e-mail Customer Service at Island Market Foods to arrange for shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Guam, for which there is an extra charge.

Shipping & Handling Charges

Shipping & handling charges are calculated based upon the total dollar amount of your order and USPS zoned postage rates. When you place an order, you will see shipping charges after logging into to your existing account or creating a new one. These shipping charges will be added automatically to your order total when you submit the order for final approval. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii or Guam, please e-mail us at Island Market Foods.

Please note:
Special orders and case lot orders may require an additional shipping cost. We will e-mail you with any additional costs for your approval prior to shipping.
