How to Order Using our Secure Online Ordering System Our secure online ordering system is convenient and safe. Simply browse through the Online Catalog, adding products to your "electronic shopping cart" as you go. When you are done shopping, you "check out" by filling out the Checkout Form on your screen. The shipping and credit card information you enter (we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover) are securely submitted for approval. You will receive an order confirmation within a few seconds, and your order will be on its way to you or the person you designate. Here's how it works: In order to use the secure online ordering capability, you must be using a Web browser such as Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Internet Explorer which supports the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. You can browse through the Online Catalog and when you see something interesting, you can add the product to your electronic Shopping Cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. You will be able to review or change your Shopping Cart contents before you check out. When you are all done shopping, you still need to "check out" of the store with the things in your shopping cart. Use the "Check Out" button found at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page and then follow the instructions. If you have created an account with us already, you will be prompted to enter your e-mail address and password if you haven't already done so during your visit. If you are a new customer, you will be asked to create a new account so that you can order more quickly in the future and be able to track your order history. After reviewing your order, you will be taken to the Secure Checkout Form to confirm the shipping address, your billing address and your credit card information. After you have entered all of the information on the Secure Checkout Form, click the "Finalize Order" button at the bottom of the screen. Your credit card information will be encrypted (scrambled) and then automatically sent in for approval. Within a minute or less, you will receive an Order Confirmation which is your receipt. Once we receive your order, we will process it within 24 to 48 hours. We will then carefully monitor your order to ensure that it is shipped to you in a timely fashion.Within several days the products you have ordered from us will arrive. If you prefer to fax your order, start by printing out our Fax Order Form on your printer. Then, fill in the Order Form as you browse through the Online Catalog. When you're through with your order, simply fill in your shipping and credit card information and fax the Order Form to us. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or money orders for payment. Please be sure that you fill out our Fax Order Form completely, including your address, the shipping address(es), item totals, your credit card number and expiration date. You can order by mail, if you wish. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or money orders for payment by mail. You can print out our Fax Order Form on your printer and use it for mail in orders as well. Simply enter the product information in the appropriate places on the form as you shop using the Catalog. When you are done shopping, please fill in the rest of the Order Form, including your address, the shipping address(es), item totals, and (if you are paying by credit card) your credit card number and expiration date.
